Detailed Proof of Concept (By Request) For clients requiring a more detailed proof of concept, including screenshots of the proofs and call recordings of telemarketing leads, a formal request must be made. This ensures that all data is handled securely and provided accurately to demonstrate the effectiveness of the marketing strategies employed.

Limitation of Liability

Market Wavegen shall not be held responsible for the purchaser’s end results or the final outcomes of the leads provided. Any disputes regarding the end results shall not be entertained, as Market Wavegen’s responsibility is confined to the delivery and performance of the services as outlined.
